Van Andel Arena is definitely recommended to anyone considering going to a concert(s), Overall, I had a great time. The staff was friendly and the arena was clean. My mom and I had EXCELLENT seats in the second row, and we were able to hear and see really well. There was also a lady keeping the bathrooms clean who was very friendly. When I got there, my tickets said Floor GA (general admission) but had seat numbers. I asked one of the ushers and he said I could sit in any of the first (around 15) rows. All of the staff, ushers, and volunteers were nice and helpful.
